You will find us very conveniently located in the south section of the Conference Center along the Shavano Foyer (Parade Check-in located here as well).

Here you can sit with your friends and discuss all the day’s events. Start the day early with coffee, tea and light morning treats. In the afternoon enjoy soft drinks and traditional popcorn. Check out the bulletin boards for news, items for sale and information on Parade activities. Come and visit Parade Sponsors who will have booths for you to view their products.

Stop by the Internet Café to check e-mail, review the parade website for information, and print your itinerary.

FYI – you MUST have your Parade Badge tin order to gain entry to the Hospitality Center.
